He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and went on to law school at the University of Virginia. He received his J.D. in 1971 and subsequently admitted to the bar in Virginia and Florida. Mr. Tucker established Tucker Griffin Barnes P.C. in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he continues to reside with his family. A firm believer in community involvement, Mr. Tucker has served as a board member, officer, and counsel for such non-profit organizations as the Paramount Theater, Camp Albemarle, Virginia Institute of Autism, Save the Fireworks, First Night Virginia, and the Charlottesville YMCA.
