Digital Reasoning develops and markets solutions that provide Automated Understanding for Big Data.

Tim Estes and Dorothy Currey founded Digital Reasoning with the vision that software should be able to read and understand text as humans do – in context. Motivated by the events of 9/11, Digital Reasoning initially set our focus on the complex task of making sense out of massive volumes of unstructured data for the US Intelligence Community.

What has developed from this effort is Synthesys – our platform for high precision entity-oriented analytics.  Today, Synthesys proudly serves a number of Government agencies and Financial Services firms to monitor suspicious activity, detect threats and assess regulatory and reputational risks.
